Create a template sensor that is the opposite value of the door sensor and include that one in your auto entities instead of the door one.

I think you could do it with Flexible Table Cards and custom templates (or maybe just helpers).

This looks great! I used Sync on Android and this looks similar. Hope to see an Android build soon.

I think the big challenge is the recommendation engine. If a service ever got popular enough to have a large set of videos there would be a need to discover them.
