I don’t get the complains about snap apps. My firefox opens near instant, even after a reboot. Maybe they fixed that with Luna Lobster? That’s the first Ubuntu I installed on my PC since Ubuntu 9.04.

Won’t happen, not with the whole Hungary mess and the rise of the political far-right going on. No government would risk political suicide and the end of the Union for Sweden’s NATO membership.
That‘s so helpful, thank you for sharing it with us! One question: If I want to update my known communities in a month or so, can I just rerun the script or will that cause issues?
I would care if it took 3s to start, after all I moved all my storage to NVMe for a reason. So I totally get why you would be annoyed with snaps, it’s just that in my experience there’s simply no noticeable startup time in 23.04, firefox opens in under a second. So they either fixed that in LL or you can outmuscle it with hardware, and I’m genuinely just curios which one it is.
