SCOTUS Just needs to blanket overrule any ruling out of the circuit that stays the whole country.
I’m sure the SCOTUS members that rely on the Northern District to move the cases up that let them remove people’s rights will get right on that.
Forget SCOTUS, issue an executive order that the DOJ considers rulings from circuits that do not abide by Judicial Conference rules to be invalid and instruct law enforcement to disregard them. Just make this district a legal black hole. People forget that part of checks and balances is that enforcement is separate from the court system and needed for their rulings to mean anything. Judges aren’t kings.

In the Northern District of Texas, if a case is filed in Amarillo, litigants are sure to draw Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk. Kacsmaryk is a Trump-appointed Christian fundamentalist who acts like an inquisitor charged with bringing about the dominion of white men over everybody else, as he thinks God intended.
This is the very definition of judicial activism, something the right often accuses the left of doing. Maybe they just expect us to become numb to all the hypocrisy.
