Well done, you’ve managed to find the three worst crimes of the last 50 years. About a week’s worth of deaths in America. Do you think you’re proving your point by highlighting how rare mass shootings are in the UK?

Can you join the dots now and see that when gun ownership is restricted there are far fewer shootings?

America’s fucked, there’s more guns than people, there’s no way back, just thoughts and prayers and fear.

Dude… are you capable of following a conversation? YOU posted the first 2… and said there’s been nothing since then. I showed you one other that was after that is the same scale.

If you can’t even follow your own conversation you truly are hopeless.

Can you join the dots now and see that when gun ownership is restricted there are far fewer shootings?

Doesn’t matter. UK proved that you can’t stop all gun related deaths. And even accounting for that UK overall homicide rate hasn’t decreased any faster than any other “western” country INCLUDING the USA.

America’s fucked, there’s more guns than people, there’s no way back, just thoughts and prayers and fear.

No fear here. Just idiot who project it from overseas it seems.

So it’s all or nothing? 🤡

        1/620

        0.16%

Even accounting for population it’s still blatantly obvious to anyone with half a brain that guns = shooting

And the US knife killing rate is still higher than the US. Just a bit more murdery I suppose. But then us Europeans shipped all the religious nutters out to the US for a reason

Ah yes… cherry pick the statement.

Literally followed right after. Clown harder.

Lol, the US homicide rate is 7x the UK. Explain that

              Sure… Gangs and drug trafficking.

              https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gang_population

Specifically from Central and South Americas. The SHEER number difference between the HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS vs how many you got over there in the UK?

                  Never been to Glasgow then?

Nope I haven’t… Been all over Germany and Poland, also incidentally to Romania and Ireland in a very limited fashion. But I did eventually find an answer to my own question…

                  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gangs_in_the_United_Kingdom

In 2018 there were 4,629 criminal gangs and syndicates in Britain, employing 33,598 professional gangsters.

Which translates to about 5 per 10000 people are in a gang in Britain…

                  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gang_population

an estimated 1.4 million in 33,000 gangs in 2011.[1][2][3] About 900,000 gang members lived “within local communities across the country”, and about 147,000 were in U.S. prisons or jails in 2009.[4]

Which translates to about… 42 per 10000 people are in a gang here in USA…

So a 5-6times increase in homicide lines up basically perfectly.

Edit: whoops used the wrong number initially… it’s much higher…
