Missed the obvious “My mind to your mind” for the second line of the banner.
I’m trying to be more kind. Normally, I tend to be analytical and abrupt. If someone is wrong, I try to demonstrate it a simply as possible and move on. If they’re right, that is good, there’s no reason to celebrate; move on. I find most people don’t respond well to any of this, for their own reasons. So, I’m trying to set that aside and simply be more gentle when handling interactions with another person.
Sure, make me go look it up. @[email protected] or @[email protected].
There’s a woman over on Mastodon making the argument that he’s trying to destroy it so it can’t be used to organize left-leaning political action (fundraising, activism, issue messaging, etc) any longer. She makes a compelling argument.

Cool! Can’t wait!
Mlem is good, but I’m holding out for the iPad version.
Tasers and combat avionics systems need cobalt, too, but never seem to come up as often.
Have you tried suck-starting it?
Thank you for the info!

The back and forth between YouTube and the adblock developers ought to get interesting.
It hasn’t. The original author decided to back away from the project, and the remaining team members are keeping it going. The original TestFlight got closed, but there’s a new one up now, and changes are progressing.
I test not using YouTube.
I guess Reddit has introduced free API calls for moderator apps. They’re trying to placate the mods, but screw the users. Good luck with that.
My initial Linux years ago was RedHat, then Fedora. Since then I’ve generally used Ubuntu mainline with a healthy pile of Gnome customization. Right now I’m looking at Kubuntu or KDE Neon, since I’m finding I prefer KDE Plasma to Gnome.
Oh, I dunno, I personally enjoy watching crowds boo this jackass. It’s not tech news, but I’m willing to allow it.
