They are named after the hero who goes back in time to save Sarah Connor from the Terminator.
Also, you are too old to be picking on school children.
Same, but a year ago.
Also, Temu has tried to take all the shopping search results from Bing/DDG. So those results are trash now.

I’m not the person you are replying to but I do have one answer.
The Library of Congress should be tasked with maintaining a searchable index of Internet and World Wide Web sites. No ranking. Your skill at finding sites would be related to your skill with writing search queries
If you recall Altavista from the late 90s, I am thinking of something like that
Ten ants = I’m a landlord
Ten its = I dodge bullets going backwards in time
One of the most valuable things my dad taught me was how to take good advice from an asshole.
Thank you so much for this information.
If you still have commenting motivation, what are the top 5 differences between x86 and ARM?
Up until your post I had thought it exactly was the size of the instruction set with x86 having lots of very specific multi-step-in-a-single instruction as well as crufty instruction for backwards compatibility (like MPSADBW).
Is that like a cryocurrency?
I’m getting chills just thinking about it.
So in the OP’s original timeline there is a flexible CI pipeline tool named Adolph. Huh…
JFC, I’m old, and this new use of the word throws me for a loop because everyone writes like I’m supposed to already know what it means .
This will always be my RCS: https://www.gnu.org/software/rcs/
You offer an interesting vintage, but I’m going to have to resonate with you. Your ideas are just too methodology.
Even after you do, you still have to find a definition
LOL! 99% of people absolutely do not look up a new word when they hear it. If the listener thinks it makes the speaker sound smart then they get a vague idea of the meaning from context and then start using it – often in the wrong context. All the dummies of the world repeat this process and it spreads like a virus.
And thus, another word with a very specific meaning gets turned into another broad-meaning synonym. If don’t believe me I’ll caveat all over your nuances until you verbiage.
Back in the day there were only re-tweets and bookmarks. Then Facebook likes became popular and Twitter changed bookmarks which could be private or public into fully public likes. So annoying. Likes should have never existed on Twitter.
Elder Scrolls especially Morrowind will always have a place in my heart but I’ve moved on. If they ever release a better game I will come back. What ever is running Starfield won’t be it.
I’ve found New World and as far as MMOs go, it’s the best I’ve played in comparison to Elder Scrolls Online and Guild Wars 2 (in depth) and a few others (<40 hours).
But New World has the lore, baby. That’s what seals the deal. Superior gameplay: check. Great art design: check. The lore is the final block and New World is so interesting. I didn’t think a fantasy setting could have new and interesting lore but they succeeded.
How the Lost came into creation from

is so tragic. I’m still learning what Angry Earth is all about tho.
And it’s just fun! Like, I would have never guessed that I’d enjoy running around in a pilgrim hat getting killed by a giant turkey with laser eyes. And who would have guessed you could successfully merge the giants from Nasusicca Valley of the Wind with 1500s Caribbean aesthetic?
But if you’re thinking: “We’re talking about single player games, dumbass.” Yea, I know, I like New World so much that I wish the same dev team would make a proper single player game in the exact same setting.
I think it’s more like, imagine if all the shares of Amazon were confiscated from Bezos and his main henchmen and his original remaining backers, and then those shares were equally redistributed to Amazon employees and contractors. I don’t think the workers would disagree with that move.
How about the whole villains-have-rotten-teeth thing? When this came out in the theaters the first time, my best bud had bad teeth from growing up poor and neglected. Fucking felt terrible watching it.
