It’s just the US in a nutshell
Thanks for the list. I’ve been playing indie games for about 15 years and the retro inspiration has always been the best part about them. Graphics never mattered and it meant that gameplay was put first, just like the old days.
Interesting twist we got today
There have been rumors of a 2D Zelda too, so I have a feeling we see Zelda in this direct in some form.
Yeah I think this was the game that I’m most interested about from the showcase
Shiiiiiit, best surprise from SGF thus far. But I have a feeling there are more to come
Oh shit ive been waiting for him to drop this video!
I like the fact that Eggman is not the villain in this. I’d like to see more of this in future Sonic games. We’ve seen plenty of times where other videogame mascots have teamed up with their arch rivals to stop a greater threat.
If you want to try a more “modern” Zelda game that isn’t open world, twilight princess is a huge game.
There’s also Skyward Sword but it’s way too linear for my liking. The sword swinging stuff can be pretty cool though
You mean the old ones or all of the series? Skyward Sword, Breath and Tears are all very polished games.
It’s cool to hear someone say their favorite is TP. I always felt like it was OOT on steroids. Which in my opinion is a good thing. I wish TP had gotten more than an HD port of the original. Would love to see that get a facelift for the Switch with higher polygon count and his res textures.
I see we have a contrarian in our midst.
Hey looks pretty cool! Give me Rogue Legacy vibes
Drug is a hell of a drug
Dont we have enough these types of games? Didn’t the DC one just flop hard?
I always assumed that pee killed plants.
Exhibits A: ever seems dog owners lawn with patches of dead lawn?
After seeing this pic I had to look up if I was wrong about this. And it turns out I’m not. Just got dilute the pee first.
It sounds like a painful death. Poor guy
I want to better understand this because the sky is clearly a specific color that has been there since the beginning.
How did proto humans not look up at the sky and considered in their feeble brains, “everything above the ground is this very unique color. It’s different from the ground, and the plants.”
I get that sea and lakes really don’t look blue. But did they look up and not see some shade of blue on a clear day?
