It’s because musk has refused to renew twitter’s Google Cloud Services partition, which expired June 30th, and has been (unsuccessful obviously) frantically trying to move twitter’s cloud usage to in-house servers. Twitter has been the most popular social media website for almost a decade and never once have they had this issue. As usual everything musk touches turns to shit.
