All of their support and controls are tied to the PSN account system, though.
Try using before:2023 if you don’t need the absolute most recent info

I’m not sure how requiring an account in addition to the Steam account is enshittification. Especially given that it was intended to be the case from the start, but they temporarily disabled it due to technical issues.

Per the article, this looks to be limited to mobile internet and not traditional broadband. While I can understand the practicality of carving out unique bands of the wireless spectrum for specific uses, charging extra for it seems scummy.

Not excusing the practice, but I’m pretty sure Boox products use a highly customized version of the android kernel to work better with eInk screens. It’s not as simple as just using the latest AOSP for them. Sadly, this also seems to be standard across all eInk Android tablets, though it looks like at least some Boox products use Android 12, while most of the space is stuck on Android 11.
