Depends on the game and whether I’m playing docked on my TV or handheld.
Docked I want at least a consistent 40, but a consistent 30 on slower games like Oblivion/Skyrim isn’t awful when playing handheld.

My main PC is in the hottest room in my house right now, so it’s been really nice being able to game where it’s somewhere cooler when it’s too hot to exist. There’s a good 6 hour chunk of the day that is miserable to be sitting in front of my PC during.
It’s weird that I actually kinda enjoy flossing now ever since I started doing it consistently every night. There’s something satisfying about getting all that gunk out.
I’ve been having a blast with it on the deck! Some navigation issues in the UI is really the only complaint I had, and that was easy enough to fix with remapping.
Excellent game and I can’t believe I haven’t played it until now.
All the buzz around Diablo 4 got me thinking about my favorite aRPG, Titan Quest, which led me to Grim Dawn, which I have been having a great time playing through for the first time on my Deck.
Wow I’ve been playing through Grim Dawn for the past couple of days on my Deck dealing with the wonky UI controls, and I having right track pad just be the mouse would solve 99% of my issues. I can’t believe I didn’t just rebind it. I even went through a couple of community profiles lol
Great point, and I do think you’re right because that is the most sensible answer to what the motives behind these recent decisions are. There has been a nonstop flow of cheap debt for years that the fed is just now tightening up on.
But these business decisions also happen to align with the interests of deep pocketed bad actors. The why’s of that are conspiracy theories.
People follow the path of least resistance and right now signing up to reddit is still that. Give a link to 1 of 10 or so general lemmy instances at the home page, let people sign up and explore. Offer a few links to some deeper understanding stuff for those who want it.
The couple of people I’ve tried to get to migrate get hit with what they feel is a wall of text trying to understand what the fediverse is, and they’re just straight up not interested in investing any time in this when they can still just easily log into reddit and be on their* way.
Thank you. I think this is an important nit to pick in the context of this particular discussion.
Ignoring the evidence of Musk’s Twitter nonsense benefiting the same people who helped fund his Twitter buy out is something you could attribute Hanlon’s razor to.
Well said, thanks for doing the good work of pointing this out.
See other “grassroots” movements such as the Tea Party, Moms for Liberty, TPUSA, etc for the other side of this. These groups have clear and documented funding from billionaire interest groups and conveniently allow corporate media to conflate such far right groups with progressive movements as the same level of extremism.
Agreed. It’s no coincidence that both Twitter and Reddit are shitting the bed at the same time.
Elon is pretty clearly an actual idiot, and has managed to get by thus far by just having a seemingly endless supply of fuck you money, but this is just capitalism doing the Predator bicep meme with foreign oligarchs to consolidate power.
Firefox is not.
