My husband said the same thing about Reddit!!!
My husband said the same thing about Reddit!!!
That’s the topic of the next debate.
I’ve done the same, but I don’t remember just how many communities I’ve blocked until a new one to block pops up and it’s kinda wow that’s a lot of communities. It makes me hesitant to recommend Lemmy IRL because I don’t want people to think I’m here for the porn.
But if you install the app you get a free Bluetooth speaker!!
/Joking. Am I the only one who gets that ad constantly whenever I’m using a device that isn’t running ad blocks?
He never takes her anywhere nice.
Who are you, so wise in the way of Flintstones lore?
The Canadian system is triaged according to priority, as opposed to who can or can’t afford it. I’ve had several MRIs, including one during the height of COVID, and have never waited more than a few weeks. One was scheduled a couple of months out and then moved up after a radiologist reviewed my x-rays. Granted one of them was at 3am but would rather have answers and an inconvenient appointment time
Then watch Futurama. It is her!
Well if you check and they died you can get the body out and then the stall is free again.
Exactly my response!!
Good call, especially if the fallout is the point.
They really thought everyone would just go down to the local schoolhouse basement, wait a week and everything would be back to normal.
I looked this up because I remembered reading that nuclear bombs don’t have an excessively long fallout, since most of the energy is designed to be released during the detonation (as opposed to an accident like Chernobyl)
Sources say minimum of 24 hours, after levels fall significantly but you should still wait for direction. Another source said 3-5 weeks. Hmm.
Well congratulations to the newly minted Dr!
How did it go?!
Even if they don’t make up 1% of Steam’s catalogue (though I doubt that figure), they have had real impact.
It’s ok to not like them personally, but to say no one cares is disingenuous. Balatro doesn’t require much in terms of hardware but is having a real moment right now. Stardew Valley has been killing it for 8 years. People have thousands of hours in Rimworld.
Indie games are also great for community and modders.
I’ve not heard two of a kind used like that, but it’s interesting to hear ‘of a kind’ scales logarithmically.
But I thought the CAFE act was introduced in the 70s (and in addition to the chicken tax) resulting in the “light truck” market taking over north america. I don’t know why police switched from the crown Vic in the late 2000s to SUVs rather than another sedan
Ford stopped making the crown Vic, but I don’t know why they went to SUVs.
How does it feel? Being the smartest person in the room?
Groovy
