The schools can do this very easily. The middle school and high school I went to have public finances. The government gives them about $55 million each year (they previously complained that they weren’t getting enough for some reason despite the amount they had being nowhere close to how low what they spent is) and spend about $20 million each year.

Not true at all. Take a look at Elon musk for example. Just because he has money doesn’t stop him from being sued or keeps the government out of his ass.
