Reeder if you use a Mac/iPhone/iPad.
The whole BAT/Ads/etc. is like what Microsoft is doing with Microsoft Rewards (though at least Microsoft Rewards provides actual value); that is, turning people into lab rats and modifying their behavior in a way to benefit the company. You may not like Bing, but it gives you gift cards or discounts; you may not like the Ads and notifications brave gives you, but you can convert BAT to USD after seeing thousands of ads.
You then have the affiliate shit that went on, which isn’t surprising given they are an ad company, but they didn’t explicit say they did this until caught. Something I can think of that is similar is that Vivaldi’s ad blocker won’t block ads on partners, by default, but Vivaldi in its ad blocker settings shows a list that you “disable” to enable ad blocking on said sites.
Is it a rule? I figured it was more of a principle, like something more nuanced, opposite of a rule in terms of a black and white answer.
Your link I believe would also fit into the principle definition, as they are exceptions to this dilemma.
Have you tried the website MagnetDL or 1337xto? I had to use it recently for an old (1950s) tv show for my great grandmother and was able to find it: https://www.1377x.to/
Oh dear, oh dear… Gorgeous…
GIF (J sound). For those who are confused or don’t understand the debate, many people forget phonetics, and that letters can make different sounds depending on the use case. The words below use a soft g sound, like in the word “Justice”, (at least with US English). Pronouncing them with a hard g sounds odd, but only due to us being used to the way use pronounce them already. Though it doesn’t matter much, saying with a soft G (J sound) is easier and faster to say due to how one’s mouth moves. Saying it with a hard G requires more muscle, bringing one’s tongue to the back of the mouth to produce a hard G “Google”.
I concur.
Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz and Peridot I find very beautiful. Diamonds are neat, and I think the appeal of them is just the refraction of light (hence the shining rainbow effect) + hive mind.
Like, even Obsidian is beautiful and comes in colors other than black, and it doesn’t get the same love.
Straw man and whataboutism at play.
I never made any claims about Microsoft Community. My only complaint was that the Linux community can be toxic at times.
You’re attempting to misrepresent the argument with whataboutism while not refuting anything I said.
I wonder how many times we’ll see a repeat of these mistakes: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=14751358
I find the community can be toxic at times; instead of helping newcomers or treating each other nicely, the community can be toxic and alienate the people they want to use Linux.
This is the same guy who was “trading” blood with his son, which reminds me of this great clip from HBO’s Silicon Valley:

God-damn was that show a great satire.
Your experience isn’t wrong, it is more likely to happen, however, if you prioritize portability, SD Cards and USBs are great for that and inconspicuous if you go somewhere public or need to share something with someone at school without drawing too much attention.
This is why I have a USB Hub and MicroSD cards for drives that aren’t OS related.
I have
I just really like the portability of SD Cards and USB sticks.
Honest question: Why is Sony against this when they have purchased many franchises and companies over the years and have kept them platform exclusive? Naughty Dog, Insomniac (now), etc. (iirc, they had a deal with Square Enix, but that seems to have changed as Kingdom Hearts is now on most platforms IIRC, same goes for FF)
I grew up with PS2 and love the Jak and Daxter franchise but always hated that after that generation, without emulating via software, that the games aren’t platform-agnostic.
(I side with no company, was just looking for perspectives on the issue)
This whole “special operation” (i.e., war) thing has just shown how stupid and incompetent Russia’s military is, especially with basic security.
Good riddance to another war criminal.

That article is pure FUD. No new discoveries and is made to garner clicks.

Transmission on macOS, Windows and Linux.
I used other programs prior, but I like the simplicity of Transmission.
That being said, if you want a full-featured program, qbTorrent and Deluge are great.
Yep! Despite the hatred for the game due to the combat system, I think it has one of the best, if not the best, stories in the KH Universe. I feel that it and 358/2 added the most value in terms of the light vs. dark aspect.
