KDE already has a mobile Matrix client, NeoChat.

Not sure what you mean. The protocol supports the bridge, not the client.
You mean Android or Linux mobile, because rewrite of Element for Android is looking very good.
Android. I didn’t know that a rewrite of Element was underway. That’s good news. That said, Android definitely needs alternatives
Fractal works pretty well on mobile
Fractal works okay but doesnt have half the functionality of fluffychat and element.
