@[email protected] (sorry, can’t reply directly for some reason?)

    Its a much better app.

That should be up to each user to decide but as always Mircrosoft knows better than you what’s best for you. This “new Outlook” is actually a web-wrapper from Outlook.com running in Edge - you will have to use Edge and you will have to be logged in to Microsoft account - this is most likely the reason why they’re doing it.

It’s a pwa, you can use any browser you want that supports pwa (which is, att least, all chromium based browsers).

I have Outlook PWA (via Chrome) and I don’t have Edge installed.

and it’s not up to Microsoft to decide what’s the best for their users.

I hate this shit so much in W11. Just installed it on a new PC and the fact that I can’t disable taskbar stacking and people have been complaining about it for pretty much 2 years straight is infuriating.

HOW IS THIS STILL A THING IN 2023???

Taskbar stacking should be an option in one of the upcoming updates, I read it was in an insider channel.

97% of users would like all their decisions made for them, it’s what Apple has been proving since the 80’s.

macOS is highly customizable. Windows 11 is an abomination. I’ll take Apple over MS any day.

              Where’s your homebrew, Redmond?
