I don’t think there’s enough activity on Lemmy (yet) to justify specific communities like that. Gaming@beehaw is the only gaming community I see much traction in.
100%, the r/GlobalOffensive mods started [email protected] as the official replacement for it, and despite that plus 400-something subscribed to the magazine, there are a grand total of 16 threads created in the last few days. We just don’t have the people to justify the more niche communities yet, let alone when multiple instances are competing.
It seems that [email protected] is the most active of the available magazines, but I suppose there’s no harm in just subscribing to multiple like [email protected] as well to make it feel a little bit more like reddit and get a greater influx of content.
