Congratulations! Certainly feels good when you tell a less-than-equitable employer you’re leaving and all the weight just magically lifts off your shoulders. I’m in a support group on discord for people who used to work for my old employer, where we unload some of our post- traumatic stress. Feels good to no longer be in that place.
