For me it’s dolphin. I use a Bluetooth Passthrough to use real Wii Motes. I love playing Wii Sports Ressort in 4k with a few friends or Mario Partys/Wiimms Mario Kart Fun (a ROM Hack with new Courses).
I would have to say dolphin too. It let me play wii games with Wii remotes before i owned a Wii
