A lot of these aren’t great in all contexts. …it’d be easier to discuss in person

These feel like I’m talking to an company representative rather then a real person. They also lack any sympathy. Why is it wrong to say sorry?
The idea of not apologizing while representing a company is to not admit fault, which does make sense in certain situations but it’s not great general advice. A lot of these aren’t great in all contexts.
