Yeah I’m so sick of the “women and children” thing. It’s so blatantly misogynistic and helps construct the idea that every man in a warzone can be considered a combatant

the misogyny is that this language groups women together with children as less capable, weaker, defenseless but for the actions of men

The fact that people like you cry misogyny regardless of which gender is actually suffering is misandrist. Don’t ever let yourself think you’re actually egalitarian. That’s a lie.

Though misandry and mysogny often occur together and mirror each other. So it’s valid to cry about both when someone talks about “woman and children” are grouped together as especially vulnerable groups that need additional protection.

So don’t forget that Hamas’ military wing is about 30K, in a population of 2.4 millions, so let’s say half are children, so that’s 1.2M left, and let’s say the other half are women, 600K is roughly the male population of Gaza. So it appears that 1/20 male are associated with Hamas. 5%.

And by killing and destroying so many lives and homes, and futures, Israel is well underway to groom another generation of broken human beings who are more likely to get radicalized.

Remember when France (and UK) pressured the USA not to intervene in the bosnian genocide because they didn’t want a Muslim country in Europe?

I highly doubt their stance has changed in only 30 years of continuing to suck NATO’s ****

This statement is as hollow as France’s freedom of speech laws

There is a limit. Israel is unhinged in their response.

There should never be unconditional support for anything, good for him to have realized this. May germany follow!

Yeah that’s what I meant, I realise that my formulation is bad. He gave unconditional support to Israel and withdrew it once it’s been made clear that it’s actually bad PR because they indiscriminately bomb and kill. Hence the government of clowns remark.
I’m very critical of this government and their response to what is happening in Gaza has been abysmal so far.

He supported unconditionally that means whatever israel does Macron still supports it.

What israel does now is the exact thing everyone expected them to do from day 1.

If people wouldn’t protest so much Macron would send extra bombs

What’s unhinged about having enough of a terrorist group shooting rockets at civilians, brutally murdering, raping and kidnapping civilians from their homes?

May you never see that happen in your country, to your family and friends, and have other people on the other side of the world get on their high horse and claim disproportionate response. What is the proportionate response? Go decapitate some babies in Gaza? Rape and butcher kids in front of their parents?

These numbers you’re hearing are from the same people who claimed a rocket that hit a hospital was shot by Israel killing 500, which turned out to be shot by Hamas and killed 50. They are known for blowing up their own people as well as the numbers. They have the whole Pallywood industry of terror behind it.

That being said, Never Again means Never Again.

This is the best summary I could come up with:

Israel says it attacks military targets in line with international law and takes steps to reduce civilian casualties, like issuing warnings ahead of strikes and calling on people to evacuate.

Starting by discussing Gaza, Mr Macron said France “clearly condemns” Hamas’s attacks on Israel on 7 October which sparked the war.

But Mr Macron said he disagreed that the best way for Israel to “protect [itself] is having a large bombing of Gaza”, saying it was creating “resentment and bad feelings” in the region that would prolong the conflict.

After a month of Israeli bombardment and nearly two weeks after Israel launched a major ground offensive into the territory, Gaza’s Hamas-run health ministry said on Friday that 11,078 people had been killed, while 1.5 million had fled their homes.

And he said that climate change was causing terrorism in parts of the world, specifically mentioning the effects of global warming in lower water levels at Lake Chad in West Africa.

But when asked if he ever felt depressed by the sheer number of issues facing the world, Mr Macron said he saw it as “a chance and an honour to have responsibilities [as head of state]”.

The original article contains 1,079 words, the summary contains 196 words. Saved 82%. I’m a bot and I’m open source!

France is just a US vassal country. they have no solid independent Foreign policy since Degaule.

Nato is holding their dicks so firm if they ever dare miss align they will have them chopped on the spot.
