    Refusing to see a movie their partner wants to see with them is a sensible red flag. I think it would be higher if it was phrased generally rather than specifically about Barbie.

      If they’re being a dick about it, yes. But surely there’s things that people in a relationship do by themselves or with friends. Couldn’t seeing a movie that your partner doesn’t want to be one of them?

        So being enthusiastic to see the Barbie movie is a red flag for you. That doesn’t make sense to me, but hey, I hope you find love in someone that shares your movie preferences.

          No, that is not what I said at all. Some movies have people working on them who are, very loudly, spreading dangerous things that are doing very real harm to individuals and society as a whole …things like Q. I would rather not spend money supporting them.
