But I’m a contrarian. So I’ll poop even more.
When I was working out hard and eating nothing but whole food, every morning I would mound up poop in the toilet that formed a pyramid rising several inches above the water. It was fucking amazing. The best poop you ever saw, too, I seriously wondered if there was an application for such good shit.
(Whole food is high in nutrients but low in calories, so you have to / get to eat a lot of it. It is also very high in dietary fiber.)
