Not mirroring everything nazis used to do, including their propaganda. Nazis used to call “lesser races” rats, lice, vermin etc. Typical nazi rhetoric. Now nazis are calling Palestinians “cockroaches” See below an example of a nazi propaganda poster. This “doctor” is a perfect example of a nazi, using exactly the same kind of propaganda.
