If you don’t mind and have time, could you give some hints/share how you achieved that desktop design? I’m on EndeavourOS with XFCE. Edit: I’m relatively new to arch but I can find my way arround with some bread crums :p

However for icons I use themix (from aur) and suru++ aspromauros (also in aur) to creat the icons For xfce4-terminal use an existing template like https://github.com/catppuccin/xfce4-terminal/blob/main/themes/catppuccin-mocha.theme and change the colors you could rinse and repeat this for any app you want to style
