That’s still not luxury in this market. I priced one myself ended up at 48k. That’s not luxury anymore in this market.
But I digress. I’m not a Tesla lover or anything just saying they’re not luxury cars. I don’t even have an EV yet and don’t want a Tesla.
Exactly people say this but then not about Mazda. Every single Mazda has the same design scheme. There’s nothing wrong with that, if it works for the company fine, but like, “oh they all look the same” is invalid as a complaint against them.
Tesla has many other things you can diss on them for.
So Tesla’s have quality issues I agree with, Elon is an asshole I also agree with. But not all Tesla’s are a Plaid. They start at $35k, the Y at 40k. They are most assuredly not luxury vehicles and I’m not sure why people keep thinking this.
This made me think of Howard the Duck the movie and now I’m upset that I made the link between the two. I’m going to have to watch the movie again to clear my mind of such atrocity.
No, it will not. Stop spewing nonsense.
The Fuck Cars community is so prevalent over here on Lemmy it’s crazy. I wonder why that is.
Btw you guys do you, no hate or whatever I just see this sentiment everywhere on other people’s posts.
I have never known this was also for ice and now I must try. Thank you!
So they are literally trying to keep us from getting jobs at all now. And then they want to complain about people not working.
I want to say I’m surprised but at this point how can I be?
My brother is in the market for a truck. He wants it to actually put things in the back of it, specifically a motorcycle.
I know that there are trucks out there that have beds big enough, there has to be, but holy moly it’s like every truck bed is made for 3 grocery bags and a 6 pack. I can haul more in the back of my GTI then some of these trucks out here. When the hell did they turn so useless??
If I have to hook up a trailer to carry most things what’s the point of a truck
It would be nice if more news stories picked this up. We do not need giant vehicles. These companies are only doing it to skirt regulations. We aren’t actively picking up giant vehicles to buy it’s all that’s being made. It’s manufactured preference.
I just want a hatchback or a sedan. I have no need for enough space to carry 8 people in my car and I bet a lot of other folk don’t either.
Yes I know how to drive a manual, I learned many years ago. I’m from the US and I’m 42.
Learned on an old beat up truck when I was like 20, I remember I got stuck stalling out on the highway once, I don’t even remember how. I freaked out so bad. 8 years ago I had 2012 Mazdaspeed 3. I miss that car so so much.
