The red zone is also useful for checking if it’s raining, and there’s a simple mnemonic to remember how to do it:
“palm to the sky, everything’s fly. Palm to the ground, you’re in danger town”
I don’t know, a really rigid 45-degree palm-up could look pretty sketchy, too.
Who’s put there calling a taxi by just sticking their arm out perpendicular to their body? Have I been doing it wrong the whole time?
